Established in 1999 under the name Jomax Technologies by Entrepreneur, Bob Parsons later changed the name to what we know now as GoDaddy. It is the #1 domain registration and the largest great number parent company with more than 36 million sites hosted. They own, function and sustain their own hosting which is not shared in the industry.
GoDaddy has received multiple awards such as the Most inventive Company in 2007, the #1 Software Company and the Best of the Best Technology in 2009 and the Best Registrar in 2009 for the 4th year in a row.
